The Model 3536 Biaxial Wheel Tester provides an efficient and easy to use tool to simulate actual driving conditions to perform wheel durability tests in a laboratory setting. It provides testing capabilities for vehicles from passenger cars to light trucks & SUV’s.
The Model 3536 operates through electric servo motors and ball screw actuators which eliminate the need for a hydraulic system. This reduces noise and minimizes maintenance
A multi-axis load cell is located close to the test wheel elimiating mechanical linkage losses. There are ten test wheel strain gage channels and four tire/wheel thermocouple channels. The system contains a rotary union for automatic tire inflation/deflation/monitoring.
All machine operations, as well as data collection, processing and reporting are performed with the ProLink suite of software tools.
