In many instances, it may not be convenient for operators to visually monitor tests at the dynamometer. The LINK Video Monitor System addresses this issue. It works in conjunction with ProLink software to provide video monitoring of dynamometer brake tests.
The system can be configured to provide basic monitoring of brake testing from one or multiple cameras. Cameras can be fixed in position or configured to tilt, pan and zoom.
The camera is enclosed inside an environmental enclosure, which is sealed against dust and water spray (IP65 rating) and has a thermostatically controlled heater for continued camera operation at low temperatures.
Dynamometer operators are now able to view test operations from the control console via a video window on the computer monitor or on a separate monitor.
