LINK’s Video Capture and Playback System works in conjunction with ProLink software to provide video monitoring and capture of dynamometer brake test events.
The system can be configured to provide basic monitoring of brake testing or to provide time-synced video data from one or multiple cameras.
The video data is time synched with all other measured data. One can playback the video with the measured data and actually see an important event along with the measured data at the same time.
The System is available with black and white or color cameras which can either be fixed in position or configured to tilt, pan and zoom.
Cameras are incorporated inside an environmental enclosure, which is sealed against dust and water spray intrusion (IP65 rating) and has a thermostatically controlled heater for continued camera operation at low temperatures.
One can now have a complete video record of a test that documents important events such as a component failure.
