NVH
NVH engineering is also a primary focus on many of our test systems. We are experienced with creating systems with built-in vibration isolation features, to provide capability to the end-user to collect and analyze component noise and vibration characteristics. We utilize and offer advanced noise acquisition hardware and analysis software packages that are integrated within our test systems.
Facility Design
As our systems are typically integrated into existing production and laboratory environments, we design and create machines with emphasis on logistics. We are familiar and comfortable with handling customer room layouts and providing an outline of facility requirements for our systems, making site preparation to the customer easy and efficient. Per customer request, we offer full building design capabilities, drawing upon our deep experience to incorporate efficient test practices into the building layout
Engineering Tools
Link's engineering team utilizes 3D computer aided design (CAD) software, allowing conceptual ideas to be transferred to a visual image. Electrical PC board layout software is used for complex designing needs. In addition, FEA and FMEA tools are utilized and leveraged to analyze engineering robustness.
