Whether you are installing a new piece of equipment or simply relocating an existing machine Link Engineering can assist you in the process. Based on the scope of work, we will assign a team of highly skilled technicians designed to help you reach your objectives. Typical installation activities include:
- Facility foundation preparations (as required)
- Rigging & transporting the equipment
- Installation of electrical conduits and wires
- Installation of pneumatic & hydraulic systems
- Installation of cooling air duct work (as required)
- Check machine level & alignment (as required)
Following installation, we can move forward with commissioning the machine. We will inspect the installation and startup the equipment. A complete functional checkout is performed to ensure each of the machines sub-systems are operating normally. A complete ISO/IEC 17025 certified calibration will then be performed, as required.
Once the startup / checkout phase has been successfully completed, we then run a series of system performance / acceptance tests to ensure the equipment is performing to meet or our customer’s expectations.
Our ultimate goal is to leave our customers with the confidence that their equipment has been properly installed and functions as expected so that it will provide years of trouble free operation.
