The Models 941 and 942 simultaneously lace both ends of fractional and small integral horsepower electric motor stators. The 941 and 942 incorporate the heavy-duty construction and quality workmanship that have made this the industry standard for over 20 years.

An air brake is coupled with the horizontally mounted AC motor and gear reducer to provide smooth, quiet operation. Automatic cord tension control is achieved by programming the Electronic Tension Heads. The Stepper Motor Index system, with Tooling Plate Position Sensor, allows rapid changing of stitch patterns, without tools. This Lacer offers the diamond stitch pattern for tight lacing, maximum wire coverage and bore clearance.

The controls enable a variety of multiple stitch lacing patterns with lacing speeds up to 130 stitches per minute. The Lacer may be programmed to slow down at specific spots for the operator to manually position the leads.  Knots are automatically formed at the end of the lacing cycle.
