We work with you to schedule service that will coincide with scheduled machine downtime and maximize productivity. Preplanning and scheduling service, inspection and calibration keeps costs down and reserves your scheduled service dates.
By combining our various services into a single, comprehensive service and support agreement, one quote and one purchase order are all that is needed to establish support for your equipment.
Renewal notification is issued each year before the expiration of the current support agreement. This ensures that service for your equipment is never interrupted.
Preventative Maintenance Inspection Service is provided by Link to keep your test equipment in optimum condition for continued service. This service includes inspection of the machine according to the Link PMI Service checklist, and examination of all operating systems.
Link provides a complete and detailed report on the machine status and the results of the visit to the facility.
