Roy H. Link

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Since the early '80s, Roy has passionately worked to elevate the company from its humble roots to the multi-national organization it is today. It has been through his leadership and the hard work and skill of the LINK team, that the company has led the way in specialty equipment and testing innovation around the world.

Roy is also heavily involved in supporting the local and global engineering communities, as well as chairing and being on the boards of local businesses and industry associations. Roy is a consummate leader, visionary, and entrepreneur, and he takes tremendous pride and enjoyment in the relationships he continues to build with his employees, customers, and partners.

Matthew G. Link


Matt (Roy’s oldest son) has been with LINK since 1997, and has served as President since 2013. He oversees all LINK operations and is dedicated to exceeding customers’ expectations by maintaining the highest level of standards. Matt is focused on aligning and further guiding the talented LINK personnel and making sure that they leverage one another and the great depth of experience and capability that exists across our organization. Creating opportunities for career growth and offering long-term job security are seen by Matt as critical in positioning the company as the leading resource in the testing industry for generations to come.

Adam R. Link

Technical Director

Business Unit Manager, Plymouth MI

Adam (Roy’s youngest son) has been with LINK since 2008. Adam has served in technical and application roles in both Korea and the US, and then was responsible for all technical activities across Asia. He is currently Technical Director at LINK and Business Unit Manager of our manufacturing facility in Plymouth Michigan, USA. Adam takes great pride and appreciation in the working relationships he is able to develop with customers and suppliers, as well as colleagues, from all corners of the world. The exciting and new challenges and the ability to offer specialized test solutions, is a motivating aspect that brings him great enjoyment.

Derek N. Stoneburg

Chief Financial Officer

Derek has been with LINK as CFO since 2013. In this role, Derek oversees all global financial functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and shareholder relations. In addition, Derek oversees all global Information Technology and legal affairs with high engagement in Human Resources.

Derek has a strong focus on strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, driving profitable growth, and delivering shareholder return. Derek values how LINK conducts business with integrity and unwavering ethical behavior and is motivated through helping to drive a rewarding environment for employees while driving to deliver the highest value for LINK’s customers.

Tim Duncan

Vice President of Business Development & Global Test Operations

Tim has been with LINK since 1994. Tim oversees all global testing facilities, focused on developing and expanding existing business relationships while overseeing the development and growth of profitable new business opportunities around the globe.

Tim works closely with the executive team on corporate vision and strategy. Tim is diligently engaged with leadership, sales, and testing teams to direct and execute LINK’s business strategy and plan. Tim thrives also with dedicating his time to helping develop and build LINK’s organizational culture, values, and reputation.
