Plymouth, MI – Link Engineering Company’s video monitoring and playback system provides a convenient means for a test stand operator to observe and record activities in test stand environments. Typical applications include monitoring situations in which test equipment is not within view of the operator, or the parts being tested are obstructed from view by guards or test chambers.
The system consists of an Ethernet based color video camera that transmits images to the computer located at the control station. Images are displayed on the video monitor and can be recorded onto the control computer. The camera is capable of direct connection to IP networks and incorporates a built in web server. A progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor and powerful real-time image processing hardware provide best in class image quality under varying lighting conditions. Video playback is correlated with other test stand measurements through the ProLINK data acquisition and control system.
A choice of three standard cameras is provided in order to meet varying conditions. Special enclosures are required for demanding environments.
The standard camera style has a temperature range between 0° C to 50° C and has a size of 46 x 78 x 151 mm.
The Environmental camera style has a temperature range between -40° C to 50° C and has a size of 142 x 162 x 405 mm.
The Low Profile Environmental camera style has a temperature range between -40° C to 50° C and has a height of 119 mm and a diameter of 178 mm.
