Link Engineering Company hosted its international sales team in Plymouth, MI for the annual Global Sales Meeting this March. Our diverse sales teams, representing eight different countries, come together annually to join in this strategic workshop. The teams collaborate on their personal experiences and strategies, and take part in workshops designed for personal growth and effective planning and communication practices.
The three-day workshop consisted of detailed product demonstrations, sales training workshops, guest speakers, teambuilding events, and regional updates. The exchange of inter-regional communication benefits our customers, as our sales force has this opportunity to speak with LINK engineers firsthand to understand the emerging technologies and capabilities that LINK can provide to our customers. Our goal is to connect our diverse teams in order to create a collective LINK sales force, that is backed by the knowledge and experience of our experts around the globe.
As LINK continues to expand into emerging markets and diversifies our business, it is imperative to understand our differences and work as a team to best serve each market. LINK continually look for opportunities to increase our capabilities around the globe, such as the recent acquisition of Servo 2000 in Italy, which expanded our servo hydraulic capabilities and support in Europe.
