Link Engineering Company recognized the delivery of the 100th Model 3900 Dynamometer. This is an important milestone for our company as we continue to add value to the global brake testing industry.

On Wednesday, June 3rd, Link Engineering Company recognized the delivery of the 100th Model 3900 Dynamometer. This is an important milestone for our company as we continue to add value to the global brake testing industry.

When brake noise was first recognized as a significant issue across the industry, estimates of what level of investment would be made to fix it would have paled in comparison to the industry’s investment to date. The Model 3900 Dynamometer was originally designed for identifying brake squeal. Over the years, it has undergone continuous development and integration of the latest technologies available for NVH testing. As such, the Model 3900 has become the standard for performing brake noise, vibration, and harshness testing around the world.

This accomplishment would not have been possible without the tireless dedication of all LINK employees, our valued customers and several key industry experts in the field of NVH. The commitment to continually improve test methods has resulted in LINK driving technology development of the Model 3900 to ensure this dynamometer is the most advanced and capable tool available. Link Engineering Company is dedicated to continuous improvement, unparalleled service, and will strive to remain the global leader in brake testing for years to come.
