Emissions Pro

Emissions Pro includes:

  • Machine design to minimize dynamic drag and provide a consistent measurement throughout vehicle platforms
  • DutyCycleSim 2.0 to automatically generate control programs using time-resolved profiles (speed and torque)
  • Brake enclosure, sampling tunnel, and climatic controls (airflow, temperature, and humidity) per UN GTR-GRPE 2023/4
  • ProLINK layouts and automatic report generating toold per UN GTR-GRPE 2023/4
  • Integrated instrumentation for PM2.5 and PM10 (including automatic filter changers)
  • Integrated instrumentation for total and solid particle counting systems with PCRF calibration

Emissions Pro+

In addition to Emissions Pro capabilities, Emissions Pro+ also features:

  • RegenSim 3.0 software with capabilities for regenerative braking simulation for battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, using torque v. speed or direct friction torque v. time
  • Precision control during low torque and low brake work for highly regenerative brake systems
  • Off brake drag measurement capability during brake emission measurements
  • Upgrade to additional inertia simulation capability
  • Mountain decent simulation
  • Expanded Particle Instrumentation (particle size distribution, real-time mass measurements, etc.)
